

WHAT IS A RESTORATIVE RETREAT?

Utula Nature is a created for deep restoration and introspection - beautiful landscapes, surrounding nature, sand under your toes and many spaces intended for reaping the wellness benefits of nature give you the opportunity to refill your tank and get inspired again.
You can join us just to take a break and rest, or you can work on some persona issue that is current in your life independently or with support. ​
Essential elements of our restorative retreat:

You can stay with us anywhere from a 1-4 weeks (or even longer if separately agree)​

Plenty of restorative down time in the nature

The day of arrival and departure is Monday for everyone

Shared digital detox during the first week of the visit (Mon-Sun)

Self-orientation and the freedom to create a stay that supports your current needs - everyone is welcome with their own needs and from wherever they are

Silent periods of reflection every day, as we are in shared silence we give ourselves space to hear our own inner voice and turn inwards.

Opportunity for community and connection in sharing circles and shared activities

Possibility of an individual wellness program during the retreat (body awareness, digital wellness and mindfulness)

Possibility of individual treatments and therapy sessions to support you wellness​

Restorative retreat includes:

6-day digital fast (Mon-Sun)

Silent daily introspective periods; daily 21.00-12:00 and Sundays until dinner​

Round-trip transport from Imatra train station to Utula Nature (Mon-Mon) ​

Accommodation with sheets and towels ​

Individual needs assessment discussion on the first day ​

Delicious vegetarian food (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) ​

Wood-heated beach sauna (4 times/week)​​

Joint silent morning meditation in nature ​

Guided restorative activities: E.g. Nature walk, yin yoga, sound journey, nature excursion, etc. (min. 2 times (2 hrs) /week, depending on the wishes of the guests and the size of the group) ​
