TAKING THE RETREAT TO EVERYDAY LIFE

Discover the unique recipe to your wellness

Our retreat is not just a moment of relief or a week away from everyday life. You will remember what it truly meaningful for your life and wellness and find yourself returning back to basics.

When you slow down and begin to observe how you truly feel, you start to recognize the small things that genuinely support your wellbeing.

Before the retreat ends, you can choose and create a simple plan for what insights and routines you wish to bring back into your everyday life — and how.

Good intentions are wonderful, but at Utula we encourage turning intentions into action through a concrete plan and personal commitment.

The therapeutic retreat manual acts as a treasure chest from which you can explore different ways to strengthen your wellbeing:
-
deepening your connection with yourself through writing, reflection and mindfulness
-
emotional and body awareness practices, exercise and time in nature
-
discovering a sleep and rest rhythm that works for you
-
allowing yourself silence and personal space, without the need to hold space for others
-
nourishing food and eating rhythms that keep your energy balanced
-
healthier digital habits and more conscious use of technology
-
small daily rituals that support a more balanced life
-
and sometimes surprising little things that can have a profound impact...

The goal is not a perfect lifestyle transformation overnight, but discovering a few things that truly feel like your own.

A gentle permission to turn inward -
together and supported

Our retreat is a naturally beautiful, home-like and completely pressure-free haven, known for its warm, welcoming and accepting atmosphere.

Daily life at the retreat is organized collectively, yet completely free of pressure:
– breakfast and lunch are prepared at your own pace using the house ingredients and recipe book
– dinner is prepared together or in turns (the arrangements are agreed together on Monday)
– everyone simply cleans up after themselves and cares for shared spaces in their own way, without performance or pressure

In addition, the retreat includes:
– a personal welcome, orientation and start of the retreat and digital fast together
– self-guided activities and therapeutic exercises from the retreat manual
– the option to book individual wellness treatments to support relaxation and letting go

NOTE: Some weeks are open retreats for everyone, while others are reserved for small groups — friends, families, and teams who wish to pause together and experience the retreat as their own group.
