Choose the kind of stay that suits your needs best
 

You can join us either as an individual guest on an open retreat week or book a private retreat for your own group.
 

Open restorative stays are 1-2 week long and  designed for those who long for personal space, silence, and room to restore in the middle of nature. 
 

Private stays are ideal for groups of 5–10 people — friends, work teams, or any group wishing to share a restorative digital detox retreat experience together.
 

Private experiences can be arranged as our basic restorative digital detox experience or tailored to your needs as a guided retreat experiences. The length of the retreat, content, wellness services, and catering can also be customized according to your group’s needs.
 

All retreats include a safely held structure, a personal welcome, and the opportunity for deep restoration at your own pace.

NOTE: If you’re unable to stay for the full duration, we will order you a taxi to take you to train station on your preferred time (100€/one way). This doesn't affect the price of the stay.

The retreat base price includes everything essential for you to arrive peacefully, settle in safely, and focus on what matters most — rest, restoration, and reconnecting with yourself.

Before Your Retreat

  • A self-reflection needs assessment and the Orientation for Your Retreat PDF guide to support your preparation

  • Clear practical instructions for arrival and settling into the retreat experience

 

Arrival and Landing

  • Transportation from and back to Imatra train station (Mondays, one transfer per day)

  • Welcome dinner on Monday

  • Personal welcome and introduction to the retreat space

  • A shared and gently guided beginning to the digital detox and silence

 

During the Retreat

  • Digital detox for 7 days (Monday to Monday), with the option to stay for a second week

  • Shared silence and a speech fast to support deeper rest and inner clarity

  • Three healthy and delicious vegetarian meals daily, prepared together using carefully selected house ingredients and a simple retreat recipe book

 

Spaces and Self-Guided Activities

  • Free access to shared retreat spaces: private beach, forest library, yoga tent, sun terrace, panoramic lounge, sauna, outdoor forest gym, and the surrounding natural environment

  • Self-guided activities and equipment: SUP boarding, cycling, rowing, canoeing, walking trails, island excursions, self-guided yoga, sleeping in a hammock under the stars, and more

 

Therapeutic Support and Your Inner Process

  • The therapeutic Retreat Manual offering guidance, inspiration, and self-guided practices throughout your stay

  • Exercises supporting nature connection, yin yoga, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and deeper inner reflection

  • Space for shared silence and meaningful conversations with like-minded people by the lakeside fire

  • 24/7 access to support and communication with your host via the house phone messaging system (when not on site)

 

Additional Services (not included)

You can deepen your retreat experience by booking additional wellness services from our separate treatment menu, designed to support letting go, nervous system relaxation, and deeper restoration.

Private guided retreats can be customized by guided activities, talks, therapeutic support and catering to suite your group's needs best.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Book your stay with us here by filling in the reservation form. You can use the same form to submit any inquiries.

Your retreat place is confirmed by paying a 40% reservation fee through the payment link we will send in your email together with the confirmation email. You will receive the confirmation within 24 hours from submitting your form.

The remaining balance 60% is paid at the end of your retreat on-site by debit or credit card. 

You may cancel your retreat free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the retreat begins, in which case the reservation fee will be refunded in full.

If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before arrival, the reservation fee is non-refundable. However, the reservation fee can be transferred to another retreat date within the same season, subject to availability.

To benefit from a discount or special promotion, write the discount code on the "additional information" -field on the reservation form. The discount will be subtracted from your final payment at the retreat.

We aim to keep our booking and cancellation policy clear, fair, and flexible, so that arriving at your retreat feels as safe and stress-free as possible.

1 WEEK / 7 NIGHTS

Even a single week of slowing down can create meaningful change. When the stream of external stimuli stops and you begin living in nature’s rhythm, both body and mind start to recover quickly. A short pause is often enough to interrupt the cycle of busyness and reconnect you with your natural pace.

The effects of a seven-day digital detox are often clearly noticeable:

  • Your nervous system begins to calm, and your sleep deepens.

  • Your mind slows down and your ability to concentrate improves.

  • Your thinking becomes clearer and new ideas emerge.

  • You reconnect with your emotions, needs, and values.

  • Your self-awareness strengthens.

  • The underlying restlessness caused by digital devices fades.

For many, a week marks a turning point — an experience of what life feels like without constant overload.

2 WEEKS/14 DAYS

In two weeks, recovery deepens. After the initial slowing down, the body and mind begin to settle into a more stable and natural rhythm. The habitual need to perform, anticipate, and stay ahead gradually softens.

Regular journaling or self-reflection during the retreat can significantly strengthen your connection to your inner voice. Insights begin to organize themselves into clearer direction.

During a two-week retreat, you may experience:

  • A deeper settling of your nervous system.

  • Noticeable improvement in focus and mental clarity.

  • More reflective and expansive thinking.

  • A stronger connection to your emotions and authentic needs.

  • A clearer plan for integrating the retreat’s benefits into daily life.

A two-week retreat is no longer just a break — it becomes an unfolding process of change.
