WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RETREAT?

The price includes: ​

 

  • Accommodation in a quiet room for one or two people (including sheets and towels) ​

 

  • Daily beach sauna shift ​

 

  • Delicious vegetarian meals: morning coffee/fruit/porridge + brunch + dinner ​

 

  • Guided exercises: physical, conscious movement & restful meditation ​

  • Guided nature activities: 3-hour activity (rowing a church boat or nature walk to a viewpoint) ​

  • Personal therapeutic discussion and guidance (approx. 20 min/person/class)

  • Self-guided nature activities: marked walking route, rowing boat, cycling, snorkeling, self-paced yoga/exercise in a tent.

 

As an additional service, shared transport from/to Imatra:

Below are the prices for transportation Imatra-Utula-Imatra:

*Shared transport on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Imatra Bus/Train Station to Utula at 13:00 and and from Utula to Imatra Bus/Train Station on Sundays at 14:00.

Note! These timetables as suited for train leaving from Helsinki at 10:13 (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and leaving from Imatra to Helsinki at 14:09 (Sundays).

4 DAYS/3 NIGHTS : REVIVE THE CONNECTION TO YOURSELF

Even a short breather and slowing down the pace has a huge impact on our well-being and it helps us make changes in our everyday life after the retreat as well.

On retreat, e.g.

- your nervous system starts to calm down under the influence of the low-stimulus  environment and nature

- your mind starts to calm down and your ability to concentrate starts to recover

- you begin to notice new, different from everyday thinking  thoughts and ideas

- you can get in touch with feelings, needs and values

- you can get new insights about yourself and your self-knowledge grows

- you can see new paths to your goals

The 4-day retreat from Thursday to Sunday includes:

- 1-2 sessions of 20 min therapeutic individual discussion

- 4-day process of the therapeutic workbook: 

  • Any current theme of your choice

6 DAYS/5 NIGHTS: CREATE SUSTAINABLE CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE

During the slightly less than a week-long retreat, the body and mind get the opportunity to relax from deeper and longer-lasting tension and stress, and to let go of the accustomed ways of carrying out and anticipating life. If you combine your retreat with daily introspection by writing, you will already take significant steps closer to hearing your own inner voice, if your own voice has been lost.

 

At the retreat, e.g.

- your nervous system begins to settle into a deeper rest

- the mind begins to calm down and significant changes occur in your ability to concentrate

- your thinking deepens and you find new perspectives on yourself and your life

- you can get in touch with your feelings and needs

- you can get new insights about yourself

- you can create a practical action plan for yourself to bring changes/insights into your everyday life

The 6-day retreat from Tuesday to Sunday includes:

- 1-3 sessions of 20 min therapeutic individual discussion
